The scientific and practical legal journal “Civilist” has been published since 2004. Thematic publications - topical issues of education, business and family law, civil and arbitration proceedings, private international law and other branches of civil science.
The combination of many years of experience and modern approaches to the formation of publications, the competent opinion of leading experts and the “fresh” view of young scientists, following the traditions of academic thought and taking into account traditional transformations of rights, make it possible to resume publication of the journal in 2022 at a qualitatively new level and maintain the relevance of publications only in the circles of the scientific community, but also among practicing lawyers.
